As a clinical dietitian and entrepreneur, I am committed to helping individuals achieve their health goals by addressing the root causes of their concerns. With a BSc in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics, a Master’s in Specialized Dietetics focusing on Diabetes and Cardiac Care, and certifications as a Diabetes Educator and in the Low FODMAP Diet from Monash University, I offer a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to nutrition. My practice is centered around personalized care, where I tailor each plan to the individual’s unique needs, ensuring a consistent and disciplined path to better health.
In addition to my dietetic expertise, I am a certified wellness Trainer, which allows me to integrate holistic practices into my dietetic approach.

No quick fixes that will not sustain your results.The time to achieve the results will vary, depending on multiple factors like the consistency, adherence to the recommendations, taking assistance of Dt. Kinjal at the time of need and other lifestyle factors.

I had a very good experience with Dt Kinjal.I had started with 85.5 kgs and in a span of 6 months i came down to 73 kgs. I extended the services with Dt Kinjal for more 3 months.
